The Palms at Cove View is a new condo conversion on Galveston’s west end. The units have some of the best pricing on the island and are completely updated. The units have fresh paint, new flooring, new countertops, and all new appliances. There is also a great mixture of units ranging from 520 sqft and 1100sqft. Some of the condos are set up as town homes and feel much larger than they are. The Palms also has a nice pool area, sun deck, and club house. The location is great because it gives you a feeling of being on the resort west end of the Island without the long drive.
