Its move in time at the highly anticipated Palisade palms! After taking the tour last week I can say the wait was well worth it. The grounds are amazing with the tropical landscaping and pools looking out over the wide open beaches, and are only matched by the views from the top of the towers. The views from a “South beach” unit on the 17th floor were spectacular. You could see miles into the gulf, Stewart beach, back toward town and yet be high enough to relax and sleep on the huge balconies without any noise from the active pool area below.
The grand lobby with flowing stair case and water-walls has a very courteous staff waiting to help in any way they can. From here the choice is yours. Do you visit a well appointed unit decked out with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and top of the line doors and windows, or do you head straight outside to relax by the pool side? Or do you head for one of the great amenities the complex offers such as the hot tub, café, or outdoor refreshment lanai? The choice is yours but you may have a hard time picking. Palisade Palms Galveston is truly a one of a kind project for Galveston Island and the time to buy may be now. There should be ample selection in the next few weeks as new owners test the markets, and there may be price competition as well.
