A grand new condo development is coming soon to Galveston Texas! The 65 million dollar resort and spa will encompass eight acres and will have a resort feel including a water park, private beach, and a large spa. The location is perfect for development with the condo behind the seawall and the water-park beachfront. The location will be at the west end of the seawall very close to Moody Gardens and the Shlitterbahn water park.
